MIND BLOWING Miracles regarding Prophet Jesus and Prophet Adam in The Holy Qur’an!

Verse 59 of Surah Al Imran states the following:

إِنَّ مَثَلَ عِيسَىٰ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ كَمَثَلِ ءَادَمَ ۖ خَلَقَهُۥ مِن تُرَابٍۢ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ ٥٩

Indeed, the example of Jesus in the sight of Allah is like that of Adam. He created him from dust, then said to him, “Be!” And he was!
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Qur’an

1. Here, one of the meanings of their similarity can be that Prophet Adam and Prophet Jesus were both miraculously created in that Adam had no parents while Jesus had no father and thus if some Christians believe that being born without a father makes Jesus the son of God, then Adam is a greater son of God than Jesus for Adam had no father nor mother.

2. But there are other similarities as well. Both Adam and Jesus were created by Allah’s breath:
15:29
فَإِذَا سَوَّيْتُهُۥ وَنَفَخْتُ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِى فَقَعُوا۟ لَهُۥ سَـٰجِدِينَ ٢٩

So when I have fashioned him and had a spirit of My Own ˹creation˺ breathed into him, fall down in prostration to him.”
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran

66:12

˹There is˺ also ˹the example of˺ Mary, the daughter of ’Imrân, who guarded her chastity, so We breathed into her ˹womb˺ through Our angel ˹Gabriel˺. She testified to the words of her Lord and His Scriptures, and was one of the ˹sincerely˺ devout.
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran

3. Prophet Adam was sent down from paradise after he ate from the tree. Prophet Jesus will be sent down before the end of this world.

4. Jesus and Adam are both mentioned (by their name) 25 times in The Qur’an. Isn’t that amazing. The Qur’an mentions their names scattered throughout the Qur’an and the Qur’an was revealed almost over a period of 23 years. But when we count their names, both names are mentioned exactly 25 times in the Qur’an. This is another similarity. Incidentally, Christmas is celebrated on the 25th of December as well. However, here I’m just mentioning it as a coincidence and not talking about whether this is the correct date of the birth of Jesus.

5. Now lets get into the numerical stuff: The Arabic name ادَمَ has three letters and عِيسَىٰ has four letters. Their total is 7.

6. This Surah is Al Imran, where this verse occurs (verse 59). آل عمران has 7 letters in total.

7. The sentence within this verse إِنَّ مَثَلَ عِيسَىٰ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ كَمَثَلِ ءَادَمَ (translated: Indeed, the example of Jesus in the sight of Allah is like that of Adam) has seven words.

8. مَثَلَ عِيسَىٰ(The example of Jesus) has 7 letters; ِعندَ ٱللَّهِ (in the sight of Allah) has 7 letters; كَمَثَلِ ءَادَمَ (is like that of Adam) has 7 letters; ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهُۥ (then He said to him) has 7 letters; كُن فَيَكُونُ (be and he was) has 7 letters. Only the sentence: خَلَقَهُۥ مِن تُرَابٍۢ (He made him from dust) doesn’t consist of 7 letters and this also happens to be the only sentence specific to Adam only.

9. If we search the enitre Qur’an for the word ادَمَ (Adam), we find that the word Adam is used a total of 25 times in 25 different verses. The word عِيسَىٰ(Jesus) also occurs a total of 25 times in the entire Qur’an in 25 different veres. If we order these verses containing Adam in the order they occur from the beginning of the Qur’an to the end and we do the same ordering for the verses of Jesus, we find that this verse (verse 59 of Surah Al-Imran) is the 7th verse in both orderings and it is the only verse containing both the names Adam and Jesus together. If we observe the 7th verse from the end (or 19th from the beginning) for both the orderings, both orderings have their 19th verse in the 19th chapter of the Qur’an, named the Chapter of Mary, who was the mother of Jesus.

10. Since there are 25 verses containing the name Adam and 25 verses containing the name Jesus, one may think that there are a total of 25+25 or a total of 50 verses containing both the names Adam and Jesus when in fact they total to a 49 because one verse (verse 59 of Surah Al Imran ) is the only verses common to both names. And thus the total comes out to 49 which is an astonishing 7×7.

Here I end my discussion on the number 7 and the miraculous nature of these verses. And now I turn my attention towards the power of Allah. Allah is all powerful. He can create without a father, Jesus. He can create without a mother, Eve (she was made from Adam). He can create without either, Adam. And He can create with both, humanity. Thus we see the total unchallenged power of Allah: creating without father, creating without mother, creating without either and creating with both.
